Understanding our booking cancellation terms and refund policies
How It Works
The professional can choose one of the following cancellation policies for their bookings. If no policy is specified, the Flexible policy will be applied by default.
Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the booking starts.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the first day of the booking is non-refundable. The rest of the booking amount will be refunded.
Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the booking starts.
If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 24 hours in advance, 50% of the total amount of the booking is refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booking starts, no refund will be issued.
Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the booking starts.
If the cancellation is made between 14 days and 7 days in advance, 50% of the total amount of the booking is refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the booking starts, no refund will be issued.
Full refund if the cancellation is made at least 30 days before the booking starts.
If the cancellation is made between 30 days and 7 days in advance, 50% of the total amount of the booking is refunded.
If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the booking starts, no refund will be issued.
Additional Options and Notes
Professionals can offer a non-refundable booking option at a reduced rate. The cancellation of these bookings does not entitle the client to any refund, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
As with Airbnb's policy, cancellations may be permitted in cases of major unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, serious medical emergencies), upon presentation of supporting evidence.
